INVITATION TO PRE-QUALIFICATION SEPARATELY FOR: MAIZE FLOUR, BEANS, BEEF, (RICE, SUGAR, COOKING OIL, SALT, LABORATORY CHEMICALS AND EQUIPMENTS, (FURNITURE, REPAIR AND FITTINGS), STATIONERY, PRINTING SERVICES, WELDING AND METAL FABRICATION, UNIFORMS(SHIRTS, TROUSERS, SKIRTS), SWEATERS,T- SHIRTS AND SHORTS, FUMIGATION AND SANITARY SERVICES, COMPUTER ACCESSORIES AND CONSUMABLES, TEXT BOOKS, CONSTRUCTION WORKS(GENERAL CONSTRUCTIONS,RENVATIONS& REPAIR, KITCHEN EQUIPMENT AND REPAIR, VEGETABLES (TOMATOES, ONIONS, CABBAGE AND EGG PLANTS) AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENTS.
Luwero Secondary School invites sealed bids from 6. (a) eligible and suitably qualified bidders for these supplies, services and works.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act 2003.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Luwero Secondary School and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 6(c) from 9:00am to 4:00pm during official working hours.

Complete set of pre-qualification documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below 6(c) and upon payment of a fee of 150,000/-(one hundred fifty thousand shillings only) for each bid.
Documents may be inspected at same as in no. 6(c) below.
Documents will be issued from:
the same location as in no.6(c) below.
Bids must be delivered:
School Bursar's office Luwero secondary School, Luwero-Kasana.

The method of payment will be cash payment at the School Bursars office, who will issue you a receipt. Bids must be delivered to the address below as at 9th July, 2024 at 10:00am. Late bids will be rejected.

Luwero Secondary School reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or all the bids.
