Requirements:
• Prospective suppliers must be registered as a limited liability company or equivalent.
• Required Legal Documents: Certificate of Incorporation, Trading license, URA registration certificates (TIN, VAT, and Income Tax), Articles of Association.
• Directors’ personal identification documents (National ID, passport copy / driving license).
• Recommendations from business associates, referees, or local councils.
• Brief company profile or business plan.
• Ability to invoice on a 30-60 day payment plan.
