BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING
PRE-QUALIFICATION AND TENDER FOR FOOD ON FRAMEWORK CONTRACT
A) PREQUALIFICATION OF SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR WORKS, SUPPLIES AND SERVICES FOR THREE FINANCIAL YEARS 2024-2027 PROCUREMENT RE: MLTS/PQ/2024-27/00001.
B) TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF FOOD STUFF ON FRAME WORK CONTRACT FOR 12 MONTHS: PROCUREMENT REF: MLTS/FRM-WRK SUPLS/2024-2025/00001.
1. Medical Laboratory Training School Jinja has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of food stuff for the F/Y 2024/2025, execution of works, provision of services and other supplies.

2. The entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for; a) Prequalification for provision of works, supplies and services for the period 2024-2027
b) Supply of food stuff on frame work contract for F/Y 2024/2025

3. Bidding for supplies and prequalification of service providers will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders from Uganda.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Medical Laboratory Training School Jinja and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) between 8:00 am to 5:00pm from the date of this notice.

5. A complete set of Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 7(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX.150,000/= per activity. The method of payment will be by bank to Medical Laboratory Training School Jinja A/C No. 9030005729490. Stanbic bank Jinja. Documents should be collected by the prospective bidder or his representative. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) at or before 2:00 pm on 4 July 2024.
Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(d) at 2:30 pm on 4th July 2024 for food and prequalification of service providers at the same date and venue.
