The POS Accountant will be responsible for managing and reconciling petty cash, overseeing travel expense processing, verifying and posting accounting entries for POS transactions, and ensuring compliance with company financial policies.

Responsibilities or duties:

• Manage and reconcile petty cash and cash disbursements.
• Oversee travel expense processing and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Verify and post accounting entries for POS transactions and maintain proper records.
• Conduct daily petty cash reconciliation and safeguard cash in custody.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies.

Qualifications or requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
