We are looking for a Line Manager who will be responsible for the below;
• Plant maintenance
• Production planning & execution for silos, mill & feed mill
• Machine maintenance
• Coordinating shift changes
• Maintaining maintained schedule
• Quality control of production goods
• Coordinating with stores for daily raw material stock according to business plan
• Machine spares control
• Preparing daily production reports for management
• Overseeing purchase material qc going into the silos
• People management at plant level
• Execution of reasonable instructions as directed and issued by the buh/gm or board of directors

Qualifications
• 3 Years’ experience in a management role.
• At least a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Integrity is key.
