JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary: The Pizza Chef is responsible for crafting our delicious, high-quality pizzas. You will be at the heart of our kitchen, preparing dough, toppings, and operating the pizza oven to consistently produce perfect pies that keep our guests coming back.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and fresh toppings to standard recipes.
• Stretch dough to size and assemble pizzas with precision and speed.
• Operate and maintain a high-temperature pizza oven, monitoring cooking times closely.
• Ensure all pizzas meet our strict standards for quality, presentation, and taste.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Manage inventory of pizza station supplies and communicate needs to the Kitchen Manager.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of pizza-making techniques and different styles of pizza.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP).
