Location: International Oil & Gas Pipeline Project

Overview:
CPP is seeking an experienced Pipeline Supervisor to oversee all phases of a major oil and gas pipeline project. This role ensures safety, quality, and compliance while leading teams and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• • Manage end-to-end pipeline project phases, including construction, maintenance, and inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all activities.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and safety-first culture.
  • Oversee resource allocation, including equipment, materials, and personnel.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Civil, or Petroleum) or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in oil and gas pipeline projects.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of pipeline construction and maintenance.
• Safety-focused mindset with knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
