JOB DETAILS:
China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter abbreviated as CPP) is a professional company specialized in construction for energy storage and transportation, devoting itself to delivering quality project and service thus to create wealth and value for the society.
CPP is one professional design institute for long-distance pipeline engineering survey design and consulting, and one national engineering laboratory for oil and gas pipeline transportation safety. It has mastered core technologies in full life cycle design, construction, inspection, maintenance and repair of onshore and offshore pipelines and storage tanks, design and installation of pipeline communication and automation control systems, construction of large pipelines in complex areas and manufacturing of supporting equipment, design and construction of LNG purification, liquefaction, storage, receiving stations, design and installation of oilfield surface gathering infrastructure and refining units. It has developed a complete industrial chain from planning, scientific research, consulting, survey, design, procurement, construction, machinery manufacturing to production and operation, maintenance, and technical support, and has the ability to build and manage the entire life cycle of oil and gas storage and transportation projects.
6. Pipeline Data Analyst
• Minimum of High School Diploma or 7 years of technical experience in Data Science, Engineering, or a related field with a strong focus on data analysis. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of pipeline and piping systems, including their operation and maintenance, is a significant advantage.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to pipeline operations.
• Collect and integrate data from various sources, including sensors, monitoring equipment, and historical records, to create a comprehensive dataset for analysis.
• Apply advanced data processing techniques to clean, preprocess, and transform raw pipeline data into a structured format suitable for analysis.
• Develop and implement data-driven algorithms and models for early leak detection, enabling rapid response and minimizing environmental impact.
• Implement robust data security and privacy measures to protect sensitive pipeline data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
