JOB DETAILS:

Main Purpose of the Job:

To provide supervision in administering physiotherapy treatment to clients while adhering to policies, professional standards, and legal obligations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat survivors through comprehensive evaluations and quality physiotherapy, including prescribing orthopedic appliances.
• Provide rehabilitative counseling to aid survivors’ recovery.
• Manage and maintain physiotherapy equipment and materials.
• Collaborate with professionals (Psychologists, Social Workers) to develop peer-to-peer support groups.
• Facilitate referrals for specialized investigations and treatment, and participate in anti-torture advocacy.
• Contribute to reporting, proposal writing, and fundraising initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Physiotherapy (Credit).
