Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Phone Sales Agent at Dexintec Uganda Limited located in Kampala. As a Phone Sales Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services. You will also handle customer inquiries, provide information about products or services, and maintain customer records.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent.
