Phased Construction of the District Administration Block in Burungu Parish Kitoba Sub-County tender at Hoima District Local Government
Hoima District Local Government has received funds from the Government of Uganda and intends to use part of it to Procure works for the FY 2024–2025 from eligible bidders as detailed below:
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Local Government Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets, Act 2003, PPDA Guidelines.

- Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement and Disposal Unit Office and inspect the bidding documents from 8:00a.m–£: 00p.m working days only.
- The bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders after submission of application to the Head Procurement & Disposal Unit upon payment of nonrefundable fee of Ugx:100,000(One hundred thousand Uganda shillings only). through IRAS.
- Bids must be delivered to the Procurement and Disposal office, Holma District Local Government Headquarters at Kasingo.
- The Closing date for bid submission is 30th April, 2025 at 11:00am and thereafter bids will be opened at 11:30am in the Procurement and Disposal office at Holma District Local Government Headquarters at Kasingo in the presence of bidders or their representatives who will choose to attend.
- Late Application for bid Documents and submissions of bids shall be rejected.
