ABOUT THE ROLE

• Receive, interpret, and accurately dispense prescriptions under pharmacist supervision
• Prepare, label, package, and issue medicines according to SOPs and legal requirements
• Counsel patients on proper medicine use, dosage, and precautions
• Assist customers with over-the-counter medicine responsibly
• Maintain clean, hygienic, and professional appearance always
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and prepare proper FIFO practices
• Recommend sales, update stock systems, and report discrepancies
• Adhere strictly to pharmacy SOPs, ethics, and confidentiality standards

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate or Diploma in Pharmacy (Dispenser/Pharmacy Technician) Or An Enrolled Nurse
• Valid registration with the Allied Health Professionals Council (AHPC)
• Previous experience in a retail or community pharmacy is an added advantage
• Good communication, customer service, and basic computer skills
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
