Role responsibilities
• Conduct performance analysis to identify areas of improvement in systems, processes, and products.
• Develop and implement performance metrics to track and evaluate performance indicators.

• Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute performance improvement initiatives.
• Design and implement performance testing and monitoring processes to ensure systems and processes are performing optimally.

• Provide recommendations to senior management on performance improvement strategies and initiatives.

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track progress and communicate results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance analysis and monitoring.
• Train and mentor junior analysts to develop their skills in performance analysis and monitoring.

Requirements
• Understanding of performance testing methodologies
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field Expertise in analyzing system and application performance
• Ability to identify performance bottlenecks
• Experience with load testing tools
• Knowledge of performance monitoring techniques
• Proficiency in creating performance test scripts
• Capability to report performance testing results
• Familiarity with database performance tuning principles
• Understanding of network protocols and topologies
• Awareness of application server configurations
