Job Description: 

As a parts sales executive at the company, you will be responsible for parts sales for different brands and ensuring set targets are met, as well as ensuring customer retention and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Handle customer inquiries.
• Process parts order to customer.
• Assist customers in selecting the right parts.
• Provide pricing for parts to customers.
• Ensure a positive customer experience.
• Raise invoices for parts sold.
• Reach out to customers in person for parts sales.

Requirements. 

• Proven experience as a spare part salesperson, with a track record of achieving sales targets with at least 3-5 years.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS office
• Sound knowledge in dealing with parts knowledge and sales and marketing skill.
• Retail experience.
• Driving License
