Purpose:
To manage and coordinate government programs and services at the parish level.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement government programs and policies in the parish.
• Mobilize the community for development activities.
• Maintain records of parish resources and activities.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of local council members.

Qualifications:
• Diploma in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of government programs and community mobilization.

• Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the vacancies which exist in Kikuube District Local Government. Applications to be submitted in triplicate on Public Service Commission Form 3 (Revised 2008) for non-teaching posts and Education Service Commission Form 3 (Revised 1998) for teaching posts should be addressed to the Secretary, Kikuube District Service Commission, P.O. Box 318, Hoima.
