Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and supervise all government programs and activities at the parish level.
2. Mobilize communities for development initiatives, including agricultural and health programs.
3. Collect and maintain records of population data and economic activities in the parish.
4. Prepare and submit quarterly reports on parish activities to the Sub-County Chief.
5. Support revenue collection and enforcement of local government policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. A diploma in Public Administration, Development Studies, or Social Sciences from a recognized institution.
2. Strong leadership and mobilization skills.
3. At least 2 years of experience working with local government structures.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the following vacant posts in the Bunyangabu District Service and Delivery (All Uganda Government Local Governments). Applications must be submitted in triplicate on Public Service Commission Form 3 Revised 2008 or ESC Form 3 Revised 1998. These forms are obtainable from Public Service Commission Offices or the offices of District Service Commissions countrywide. Applications must be submitted to:

• Applicants are required to attach photocopies of all academic qualifications, identity cards, and supporting documents (certificates and transcripts), plus three passport-sized photographs. Applications should bear the title of the post and reference number.
