JOB DETAILS:

• Job Summary: To provide a warm welcome, assist with luggage, and offer courteous and efficient service to guests from arrival to departure.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests at the entrance and open doors.
  • Assist with luggage handling upon arrival and departure.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features.
  • Deliver items (mail, packages, amenities) to guest rooms.
  • Provide basic information and directions.
  • Assist the Concierge with tasks like hailing taxis.
• Qualifications:
  • Pleasant personality and excellent personal presentation.
  • Physically fit to handle luggage.
  • Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
