About the job

The ideal candidates will conduct sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers. They will be responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of any new or updated products when necessary. The candidate must have strong interpersonal and excellent social skills which will allow them to foster strong relationships, to which they can attribute much of the success of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
  • Conduct calls and face to face meetings within customer’s daily
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customers on how products or services can benefit them professionally
  • Sell the company products or services to customers within your given territory
  • Monitor the company competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs
  • Work closely with marketing department to help build brands
  • Describing company products to enable the client explore various options and choices
  • Tailoring products to individual clients by presenting options based upon prospective client lifestyle, needs and goals
  • Keeping clients updated about company goods i.e., notifying availability of new stock
  • Team working, coordinating and networking with the sales team across all the branches
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, advising on forthcoming product
  • Developing and discussing special promotions
  • Making daily, weekly and monthly reports including sales operations and performance
  • Study market research and trends to determine customer demand, potential sales volume and developing growth strategies
  • Build reports and maintain positive relationship with the current customers and obtain feedback on a regular basis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in marketing, business, economics, communications, and/or any equivalent education that demonstrates expertise in customer engagement.
  • 2-3 years working experience in the same field.
  • Must know how to ride a motorcycle.
