JOB DETAILS:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and carefully, including running, maneuvering, navigating, and driving.
• Conduct daily inspections on equipment structures and materials.
• Identify and report any equipment defects or problems.
• Complete required data entries (e.g., fuelling, mileage recording, gate passes, checklists).
• Report maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor verbally and in writing.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper storage of accessories.
• Ensure personal and coworker safety at the workplace.
• Perform proper handover of equipment when leaving the site.
• Verify equipment condition upon arrival and report discrepancies immediately.
• Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor when equipment is not operational.

Job Specification

Academic and Certificate Qualifications:

• Valid driver/operator’s license for the specific equipment.
• Suitability test for the equipment.
• Defensive driving training.
• Minimum education: Ordinary Level (S.4).

Minimum Experience Required:

• Five years of experience operating the specific equipment.
• Minimum age: 25 years.
