On behalf of a fast-growing digital marketing company, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Team Lead to join their team. This is a full-time remote position open to candidates across the EMEA region.
About the Role
As an Operations Team Lead, you will be at the heart of ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with multiple teams, streamlining processes, removing roadblocks, and helping the business deliver on its promises. This role is perfect for someone who loves bringing structure to chaos, enjoys problem-solving, and has a natural knack for motivating and guiding others toward shared goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily operations, ensuring projects and tasks move forward efficiently.
- Build, refine, and improve processes that help teams work smarter, not harder.
- Monitor key performance metrics and introduce initiatives to boost productivity and outcomes.
- Act as the bridge between teams—marketing, client success, and project managers—to keep everyone aligned.
- Spot bottlenecks before they become problems and implement practical solutions.
- Oversee resource planning and performance tracking to ensure optimal team utilization.
- Prepare and share regular reports with senior management, highlighting progress and opportunities for improvement.
- Support new team members through onboarding and training to set them up for success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, team leadership, or a similar role.
- Background in digital marketing, SaaS, or other tech-enabled industries is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and guide teams.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Trello, Slack).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote environment and work across multiple time zones.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages spoken in the EMEA region are a plus.
What’s Offered
- Full-time, fully remote opportunity with a company that values flexibility and autonomy.
- A dynamic and collaborative culture where your ideas and leadership will make a real impact.
- Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.
- Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development in a fast-growing digital business.
