Key Responsibilities:

• Track and coordinate loan issuance and collections, ensuring achievement of disbursement and recovery targets.
• Ensure compliance with loan requirements in collaboration with the Loans Committee and oversee the accurate uploading of loan documents to the system.
• Coordinate activities related to accounts and audits in liaison with the audit firm and address any arising issues effectively.
• Supervise operations at the branches to meet loan disbursement and collection objectives.
• Organize staff meetings, training, and appraisals for both the head office and branches, ensuring adherence to performance objectives.
• Coordinate board activities, prepare board reports, and monitor implementation of resolutions and action points.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization’s operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, loan tracking, or related roles, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams.
