JOB DETAILS:
WRS is recruiting an experienced Operations Safety Leader (OSL) for the Tilenga oilfields in Uganda. This role is critical for driving HSE excellence in one of the largest onshore oil developments in the region, balancing operational efficiency with environmental sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead HSE culture and compliance across operations.
• Develop and implement operational safety procedures.

• Manage risk assessments, incident reporting, and emergency planning.

• Oversee HSE performance of contractors and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Support SIMOPS, training, and operational safety initiatives.

Qualifications
• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years in Oil & Gas operations, safety management, and production supervision.
• Previous onshore experience
• Working for large operator clients
• Experienced in the EPC phase of the project.
• Strong HSE knowledge, leadership, and English fluency.
