JOB DETAILS:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with hands-on expertise in green coffee processing, production planning, quality control, inventory management, compliance, and team leadership.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in green coffee processing
• Experience in wet & dry processing methods
• Knowledge of sustainability certifications (EUDR, Rainforest Alliance, Organic, Fair Trade)
• Strong leadership and factory operations management skills
