Background

The Operations Manager Automotive Sales will be responsible for the efficient functioning of the automotive sales department, overseeing processes from vehicle acquisition and preparation to sale and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the workflow of the automotive sales team and support staff.
• Oversee vehicle inventory, including stock management, display, and reconditioning.
• Ensure all sales documentation, financing, and registration processes are handled accurately and timely.
• Coordinate vehicle handovers and after-sales service with the service department.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores related to the sales process.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive sales operations, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong organizational, process-improvement, and people-management skills.
