JOB DETAILS:

Our client is hiring an Operations Manager who will lead the operational management of a diverse logistics portfolio, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and high-quality service across seafreight, airfreight, warehousing, and Inland Container Depot (ICD) operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee import/export operations, airfreight, warehousing, and ICD activities.
• Lead and develop the operations team, set performance goals, and manage recruitment and training.
• Optimize operational processes and implement SOPs in collaboration with QHSE and Operational Excellence teams.
• Manage client portfolios and relationships to ensure service quality and profitability.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and subcontractor performance; implement risk controls and report operational issues.

Qualifications:

• • University degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Procurement.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in clearing and forwarding, with 5+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of international freight forwarding and cross-border transport.
