YOUR ROLE

• Act as the CEO’s enabler and sounding board, working with the CEO to drive strategic priorities, managing planning processes and cross-functional governance structure to ensure execution against objectives.
• Take the lead in problem solving key strategic issues that arise. Enable cross functional teams to work collaboratively.
• Own and oversee the execution of key projects and actions items, aligning processes and driving decisions forward.
• Creating and reviewing deliverables, reducing complexity and presenting to key stakeholders.
• Owning the company's key performance indicators, ensuring delivery against them. Developing and owning long-term and short-term plans with key stakeholders to deliver against them.
• Preparing CEO materials and talking points for meetings with clients, regulators and internal stakeholders.
• Identifying inefficiencies across the business and presenting solutions.
• Review product/service offerings to identify gaps and present initiatives.
