YOUR ROLE
- Act as the CEO’s enabler and sounding board, working with the CEO to drive strategic priorities, managing planning processes and cross-functional governance structure to ensure execution against objectives.
- Take the lead in problem solving key strategic issues that arise. Enable cross functional teams to work collaboratively.
- Own and oversee the execution of key projects and actions items, aligning processes and driving decisions forward.
- Creating and reviewing deliverables, reducing complexity and presenting to key stakeholders.
- Owning the company's key performance indicators, ensuring delivery against them. Developing and owning long-term and short-term plans with key stakeholders to deliver against them.
- Preparing CEO materials and talking points for meetings with clients, regulators and internal stakeholders.
- Identifying inefficiencies across the business and presenting solutions.
- Review product/service offerings to identify gaps and present initiatives.
SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
- Demonstrated Operations Manager.
- Outstanding problem solving and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of a regulatory environment.
- Hands-on approach working in a start-up environment.
- Ability to demonstrate getting things done with little resource or support.
