Role Description
This is a hybrid role as an Operations & Business Development Executive. The position is based in Kampala, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves overseeing daily operations, optimizing business processes, and driving business growth through strategic development initiatives.

Duties
• Run day to day business operations, meeting clients and visiting suppliers.
• Manage administrative work such as filing, requisitions among others.

• Ensure business growth through recruitment of new clients.
• Ensure customer retention through offering a proactive service with a high level of follow up

Qualifications
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills

• Excellent project management and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operations and business development
• Business degree/Diploma ( University students are welcomed)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
