Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Solar Energy Operations Assistant at our company. The ideal candidate will oversee and execute day-to-day operations, meet with clients, drive marketing and sales efforts, draft proposals and pitch decks, conduct research, record meeting minutes, and ensure our offices' smooth functioning. As a solar company, the candidate must possess a strong knowledge of solar energy technologies and industry trends.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute day-to-day operations of the company Meet with clients to understand their needs and communicate company offerings
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote solar products and services
• Drive sales efforts to meet revenue targets and expand customer base
• Draft proposals and pitch decks for potential clients
• Conduct in-depth research on solar energy technologies, market trends, and competitors
• Record and distribute accurate minutes for all company meetings
• Maintain a presence at the startup company offices to oversee daily activities and address any operational issues

Qualifications:
• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in operations management, sales, and marketing Knowledge of solar energy technologies and industry practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
