Delivery App, Uganda’s newest on-demand delivery service, is looking for a hands-on Operations & Logistics Manager to run daily logistics, manage rider performance, and ensure customers receive their deliveries on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily dispatch and delivery operations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise delivery agents.
• Set delivery zones, shift schedules, and fulfillment workflows.
• Track performance metrics like delivery time and order accuracy.

Requirements:
• Experience in logistics, fleet, or operations management.
• Problem-solving and people management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
