Operational Manager

The Operational Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring efficient service delivery, excellent customer satisfaction, and effective staff  management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the hospitality facility.
• Supervise and support staff across all departments.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and operational performance.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational challenges promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality establishment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
