JOB DETAILS:
Job duties:
• Oversee day to day cleaning operations, ensuring all cleaning contracts are delivered to the highest standard
• Manage staff schedules, training and performance to maintain operational efficiency and client satisfactions.
• Implement and improve processes for inventory management, equipment maintenance and quality control.
Requirements:
• At least a diploma in business management or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in operations management or a leadership position in the cleaning industry.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
