Duties and Responsibilities

• Contact customers by telephone to promote our app
• Convince customers to take loans over the telephone
• Explain the app  to the potential customers
• Provide loan information to customers
• Handle customer questions
• Obtain customer information
• Record customer details including reaction to the information given about the app
• Record customer complaints.
• Obtain contact details of potential customers from the telephone conversation
• Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to  offers and SMS sent
• Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction

Education and Experience

• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
• Relevant one year and above work experience in sales/ marketing/customer service promotions or telemarketing
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications
