AGRICADO FARMS (U) LTD is recruiting and looking to strengthen its team on the farm by recruiting an On-Farm HR Administrator. Are you a seasoned HR professional, enjoy working in the agro-industry and meet the following criteria please apply! Agricado Farms Uganda Ltd is a leading agribusiness company in Uganda that produces and exports high-quality fruits and vegetables to international markets.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3 years minimum working experience in similar role (within a farming industry is an added advantage).
• Effective communication, interpersonal & organizational skills
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Competency to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Knowledge of HR systems & databases
• Proficient in MS office ( Excel , Word )
