JOB DETAILS:
Avanti Energy Services Limited, a leading Oil and Gas Human Resource Recruitment and Consultancy firm, is seeking an Oil and Gas Coach to support our client in the dynamic oil and gas sector. This is a critical role for a results-oriented professional committed to advancing coaching goals while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Be fully responsible for Training and Development, Safety Compliance, Operational Oversight, Performance Improvement of drilling team, Mentorship, Problem Solving, Regulatory Knowledge.
• Evaluate ZPEB drilling practices
• Train ZPEB driller/ Assistant Driller/ tool pusher on stuck pipe, losses management/ pack off/ connection/ gain/ballooning etc.– Compressive list of topics will be provided by COMPANY
• Prepare assessment form for each well problem
• After a first evaluation, review major technical incidents on Tilenga to prepare REX
• Prepare exercises, perform assessment on paper using REX.

• Prepare exercises, perform assessment on the rig floor.

• Prepare technical drills for each type of problem.
• Reinforce basic good practice for drilling, starting pumps, flow check, interpretation of the drilling para meters.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
• University or equivalent education.
• Petroleum Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 15 years in drilling industry as Company man or Rig manager or Senior Tool pusher
• Must be fluent in professional English and Chinese.

• IWCF well control certificate at the supervisory level, Fire Fighting, First Aid, H2S, HSE.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels in order to work in a co-operative and constructive spirit with a wide variety of disciplines and personalities.
