Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Type correspondence, reports, and other official documents.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of typed materials.
3. Manage and organize office files and documents.
4. Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
5. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. A certificate in Secretarial Studies or related field from a recognized institution.
2. Proficiency in typing and use of computer software (e.g., MS Word, Excel).
3. Good communication and organizational skills.
4. At least 1 year of experience in office administration or secretarial work.

• Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the following vacant posts in the Bunyangabu District Service and Delivery (All Uganda Government Local Governments). Applications must be submitted in triplicate on Public Service Commission Form 3 Revised 2008 or ESC Form 3 Revised 1998. These forms are obtainable from Public Service Commission Offices or the offices of District Service Commissions countrywide. Applications must be submitted to:

• Applicants are required to attach photocopies of all academic qualifications, identity cards, and supporting documents (certificates and transcripts), plus three passport-sized photographs. Applications should bear the title of the post and reference number.
