Uganda Investment Authority (UIA) is a semi-autonomous government agency established under the Investment Code Act, Cap. 74 to coordinate, promote and facilitate Domestic and Foreign Investment (DDI/FDI) in Uganda, and to advise Government on policies to improve the investment culture and raise received funds from Government of Uganda to be used for the Consultancy Services for the One Stop Centre (OSC). Uganda Investment Authority (UIA) invites sealed proposals for consultancy services for the One Stop Centre (OSC). Front Office Operations Management Services (FOOM) at Uganda Investment Authority- UBFC.
Bioting shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 20-8 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all folders' consultants.
Interested eligible folders/consultants may obtain further information and inspect the proposal documents at the address given below at 8 (a) from 8.00 am to 5.00am during working hours.
The bioting document may be purchased by interested folders/consultants from the address at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand) The method of payment will be made to UIA not tax revenue through URA Portal.
Proposals must be delivered to the address below at 8 (c) at or before 13 November 2025 at 11:00am.
All bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Ugx 15,000,000 (Fifteen Million Uganda shillings) and shall be valid until 24/17 February 2025. Late proposals shall be rejected. Proposals will be opened in the presence of the consultants' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8 (d) at 13 November 2025 at 2:00pm.
There shall be a pre – proposal meeting on 4th November 2025 at 10:00am, UBFC Plot 1, Baskerville Avenue, Koldo Uganda Investment Authority (level 6 Board room).
