Requirements and skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role as a Night Auditor or Front Office professional.
3. Strong knowledge of hotel front office operations and night audit procedures.
4. Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and basic accounting principles.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for guest interaction and report preparation.
6. Strong numerical and analytical skills to reconcile daily transactions accurately.
7. Ability to remain attentive and alert during overnight shifts.
8. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
9. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
10. Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
