Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Network System Specialist at Dialog Digi Connections. The Network System Specialist will be responsible for network administration, system administration, network security, troubleshooting, and maintaining network systems. Some work from home is acceptable, but the role is primarily located in Central.

Qualifications

• Network Administration, System Administration, and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience in network security
• Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues
• Knowledge of network protocols and technologies
• Understanding of firewalls, routers, switches, and other network equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
