Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
• Lead and manage the Agri Division sales team, ensuring targets are met.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth.

• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers and distributors.

• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers and distributors.
Strategic Development
• Craft comprehensive business plans focusing on sales, revenue targets, and expense control.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize unit and gross profits.
• Conduct research to identify new customers and market opportunities.
• Analyze industry trends and refine strategies to optimize sales.
Performance Management
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing solutions for improvement.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Present performance and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Collaboration and Coordination
• Liaise with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely and seamless product delivery.
• Collaborate across departments to align strategies and optimize sales channels.
Customer and Market Engagement
• Champion BPIL and its products in the market, building strong customer relationships.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer needs to tailor product offerings effectively.

Person Specification
Education and Training
• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Preferred: Animal Science qualification and an MBA in Business Administration.
Skills and Experience
• 7–10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving targets.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
