Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Project CoordinatorHealth & Nutrition, the Maternal Infant Young Child and Adolescent Nutrition (MIYCAN) Facilitator will support in the implementation of community nutrition activities integrated in mother care (MC) and male change agent (MCA) groups. Provide health and nutrition education and counseling at the health facilities, integrated outreach posts and general food distribution (GFD) points.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Key Result area #1: Integrate Maternal Infant Young child and adolescent nutrition in mother care and male change agent groups
• Key Result area #2: Implement the care group modules through provision of timely lessons to the group members
Key Result area #3: Provide integrated health and nutrition outreach all health facility catchment areas

Education & Experience
• A Degree Diploma in Nutrition, Public Health, Community Health, Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in similar setting required.
• Have related working experience in humanitarian contexts (conflict/insecure contexts) preferably. Frequent field visit and interaction with project beneficiaries
Must have motorcycle riding skills with a valid and clean permit and be willing to access communities by motorcycle
