JOB DETAILS:

 Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking a Motorman Graduate Trainee for a client in the oil and gas sector. The role involves assisting the Chief Motorman in the operation, inspection, and maintenance of rig machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Mechanic in ensuring compliance with all company regulations and equipment management requirements.
• Contribute to monitoring rig crew adherence to equipment management standards.
• Assist in operating, inspecting, and maintaining engines, generators, firefighting pumps, air compressors, diesel welding machines, light units, and water pumps.
• Contribute to regular inspection, calibration, and troubleshooting of assigned equipment.
• Assist in inspecting and verifying spare parts received for rig equipment.
• Contribute to organizing warehouse materials, maintaining vouchers, and ensuring good housekeeping.
• Assist in maintaining a safe working environment on the rig.
• Contribute to completing additional tasks assigned by rig management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a related field.
• Recent graduate within the past two years.
• Basic knowledge of oil and gas operations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a hands-on, technical environment.
