JOB DETAILS:
Location: Kampala
Job Summary:
We seek driven and results-oriented Motor Lubricants Sales Representatives to promote and sell our lubricant products to automotive customers, garages, and service stations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
Product Knowledge:
• Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications.
• Provide technical support to customers.
Customer Service:
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints.
Administrative:
• Maintain sales records and reports.
• Manage sales territory.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of sales experience (lubricants or automotive industry preferred).
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
• Technical knowledge of lubricants and automotive systems.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Industry certifications (e.g., Automotive Service Excellence (ASE)).
