JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Under the supervision of the Monitoring. Evaluation and Learning Manager, the Monitoring. Evaluation and Learning Officer will perform the following functions: participate in development and maintenance of a robust Monitoring and Evaluation system, develop baseline survey for all projects, capacity building for staff and partners in Monitoring and evaluation, Data collection and management, produce timely reports for decision making and advocacy.
Education and Experience:
• University degree in Statistics, demographics, public policy. international development,
• economics, or related field. Advanced certificate in M&E, statistics, or economics preferred. Minimum of three (5) years of professional experience in an M&E position responsible for implementing M&E activities of international development projects.
• Experience implementing, project M&E systems Experience in designing and managing beneficiary monitoring and database systems.
