Reports to:                   Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator.Project/Location:        Mubende Job Summary:             The position holder will support to establish and maintain   functional Monitoring and Evaluation and Data Management Systems for Mildmay Uganda Programmes. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative Economics, Statistics, Economics and Statistics, Population Studies; or other related field like Social Sciences, Development studies with postgraduate qualification in M&E. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in Monitoring & Evaluation and preferably in the health sector; Proficiency in project implementation progress reporting; Experience in Health Management Information Systems (HMIS); Knowledge in M&E, Research, Data Management & Quality Assurance. S/he must have demonstrable advanced computer skills in STATA, SPSS, MS Excel and MS Access
