CBS PEWOSA is looking for inspired and experienced individual to join our team in the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for its Butambala field office starting January 2026 for 12 Months with potential renewal based on satisfactory performance.

Duties and responsibilities

·       Oversee data collection and analysis, ensuring timely, complete, and accurate entry.

·       Manage and update beneficiary databases to reflect current program participation.

·       Compile and submit required reports to internal and external stakeholders.

·       Participate in quarterly and annual review meetings to assess progress and inform planning.

·       Engage in field-level data collection activities for all project components.

·       Document stories of change and success to illustrate project outcomes and impact.

·       Perform additional duties as assigned by CBS PEWOSA senior management or Strømme Foundation staff.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in management studies, statistics, economics, social sciences, demography, or a related field from a recognized university.
