DUTIES:

• Assisting in conducting social economic evaluation research for the different modes of transport;
• Conducting relevant qualitative research in line with the Ministry's Client Charter and Service Delivery Standards;
• Updating sector monitoring and evaluation framework and plans;
• Participating in preparation of mid-term and annual sector review events;
• Working closely with senior staff to monitor implementation of project activities;
• Identifying and receiving variables to be used in formulation of new policies and supporting existing policies in the Ministry;
• Participating in monitoring of infrastructure projects in the Ministry and Transport sector Agencies;
• Supporting the design and implementation of baseline and other surveys according to approved workplans;
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
