Latek Stay Alliance Uganda is an umbrella organization of social entrepreneurs working to reduce extreme poverty in Uganda through initiatives in Education, Health, and Income Generation.

Duties and Responsibilities

The M&E volunteer will:

• • Support the M&E department in monitoring project activities.
  • Assist in data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Track and follow up on feedback mechanisms.
  • Contribute to compiling timely and high-quality periodic reports.
  • Support the evaluation of project outcomes, effects, and impacts.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills and Experience

Education:

• Fresh graduates (within the last 2 years) with a degree in Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
• Additional training in Monitoring & Evaluation will be an added advantage.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or SPSS (knowledge of Microsoft Access is an added advantage).
• Ability to use mobile applications and troubleshoot errors.
• Skills in data collection, cleaning, grouping, and preparation for analysis.
• Familiarity with M&E tools and frameworks.
