JOB DETAILS:
Core Responsibilities:
Sales Execution & Order Generation
- Conduct door-to-door sales using assigned routes and daily checklists.
- Generate orders and ensure brand availability in sufficient quantities.
- Maintain share of shelf dominance (largest shelf space vs. competitors).
- Fight for product facings and block competitor encroachment.
Brand Visibility & Merchandising
- Dust/clean products and shelves to maintain presentation standards.
- Ensure correct pricing tags (aligned with company RRP).
- Monitor company fridges—report misuse or competitor products.
- Place POS materials (posters, banners) for maximum visibility.
Stock & Expiry Management
- Take daily stock counts using checklists.
- Receive goods from suppliers and verify deliveries.
- Check for short expiries and rotate stock to minimize waste.
Customer & Supplier Relations
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, retailers, and end-users.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Report competitor activities (promotions, pricing) to management.
Reporting & Compliance
- Submit daily reports with live route tracking.
- Uphold confidentiality of company data and strategies.
- Work until route completion (flexible hours based on coverage).
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, BBA, or related field.
- 2+ years in FMCG merchandising/sales (high-volume environment).
Key Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Physical stamina for extensive field movement.
- Independent worker with attention to detail.

Work Conditions:
