JOB DETAILS:

Core Responsibilities:

Sales Execution & Order Generation

  • Conduct door-to-door sales using assigned routes and daily checklists.
  • Generate orders and ensure brand availability in sufficient quantities.
  • Maintain share of shelf dominance (largest shelf space vs. competitors).
  • Fight for product facings and block competitor encroachment.

Brand Visibility & Merchandising

    • Dust/clean products and shelves to maintain presentation standards.
    • Ensure correct pricing tags (aligned with company RRP).
    • Monitor company fridges—report misuse or competitor products.
    • Place POS materials (posters, banners) for maximum visibility.

Stock & Expiry Management

  • Take daily stock counts using checklists.
  • Receive goods from suppliers and verify deliveries.
  • Check for short expiries and rotate stock to minimize waste.

Customer & Supplier Relations

  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, retailers, and end-users.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Report competitor activities (promotions, pricing) to management.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Submit daily reports with live route tracking.
  • Uphold confidentiality of company data and strategies.
  • Work until route completion (flexible hours based on coverage).

Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, BBA, or related field.
  • 2+ years in FMCG merchandising/sales (high-volume environment).

Key Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
  • Physical stamina for extensive field movement.
  • Independent worker with attention to detail.
