JOB DETAILS:

Key Result Areas:

*Design and implement product displays and store layouts in line with brand guidelines.

*Create and maintain seasonal displays to attract customers and highlight key products.

*Manage product stock levels and placement to optimize sales.

*Monitor inventory and reorder popular items in collaboration with the store manager.

*Promote specific products, sales, and offers to enhance sales performance.

*Ensure accurate stock levels on the sales floor and in back storage.

*Adjust displays based on customer preferences and sales trends.

*Collaborate with the store team to support daily operations and merchandising tasks.

*Train new staff on merchandising techniques and product placement.

*Any other duties assigned by the Outlet Sales Manager

Educational Qualifications and Experience

* Minimum of a Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.

*At least 2 years customer care experience especially in retail, FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
