Membership Administrator

Job Purpose

This position is authorized with the maintenance of the AAR database by entering new, and updating customer data while ensuring accuracy of the data inputted, for card production and accessibility of services to AAR clients.

Key Performance Areas:

• Membership data enrollment and renewals.
• Accuracy and consistency of data entry.
• Resolving discrepancies in information in both systems.
• Membership card printing.
• Policy document processing

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Onboarding and renewal of all AAR insured clients
• To ensure that the data input into the system is accurate and consistent.
• Ensure that all members enrolled are on boarded onto the Smart system.
• Processing & issuing of clients’ policy documents upon enrollment.
• Ensure that enrolled members are assigned the right product and cards as per company payment.
• Respond to client queries or inquiries on member biodata and benefits.
• Responsible for effecting all changes and adjustments to client member bio data and benefits as per policy.
• Liase with the customer care team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by your Supervisor

Level of Education, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s in business or related field
• ICT competence
• One year relevant experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
